How we work

How we work with agencies

Clear scope, fixed price, one point of contact. This is the whole process.

From brief to handover

Brief.

You send designs, sitemap, content status and your deadline. We sign your NDA first if you need one.

Quote.

Within 2 working days you get a scope document with milestones, a price for each, and dates. That document is what we deliver against.

Kickoff.

The first milestone is paid and work starts. We join your Slack or set up a shared channel.

Build in milestones.

Each milestone ends with a staging link. Your team sends one consolidated round of feedback per milestone.

QA.

Our QA engineer checks every build before you see it: devices, browsers, forms, speed.

Handover.

Files, logins and a short editing guide for your client, all under your brand.

Care.

Optional monthly plan for updates and fixes, billed to you.

Fixed price, per milestone

  • Every project is quoted per milestone. We don't bill by the hour.
  • The first milestone carries a larger share. Each phase starts once its payment is in.
  • Jobs under 7 working days are paid in full upfront.
  • Anything outside the scope document is quoted before we build it. Nothing lands on your invoice without your yes.
  • Payment by PayPal invoice.

Your brand. Your client. Always.

  • No Djavaweb credit in the footer, the code or the WordPress admin.
  • We never contact your client unless you ask us to. If they reach us, we send them back to you.
  • NDA signed before you share anything sensitive.
  • Your projects stay out of our portfolio unless you say otherwise.

One lead, one channel

  • One project lead from brief to handover.
  • Slack, email, or your project tool. You choose.
  • We reply until 8pm Surabaya time (UTC+7). That covers UK mornings to early afternoon and US East Coast early mornings. The rest of the US day is when we build.

Work we say no to

We don't build for gambling, alcohol, adult content or cannabis products. If a brief falls in one of these, we'll tell you before you spend time on it.

Questions agencies ask

Do you need Figma files?

No. Figma, XD, a PDF mockup or a written brief all work. We can also design directly in Elementor.

Can you work in our hosting and tools?

Yes. Your hosting, your repo, your project board.

Who actually builds the work?

Our in-house team in Surabaya. We don't pass your project to freelancers.

What's the smallest job you take?

Projects start at $1,000.

What happens after launch?

A monthly care plan, or fixes quoted one at a time.
